Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of jewellery findings and components, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@OhMyJewellers.com with clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

All jewellery findings, chains, components, and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
